We want you to feel better.

We get it.

Seated Side Bend

Foundation Pelvic Therapy was born out of the desire to help patients receive personalized holistic care. We want you to be able to share your story, without feeling rushed, have time to begin your physical assessment and receive treatment on day one. From there, we will discuss our findings and determine a plan of care that will best suit your needs and your schedule.

Whether you are tired of painful intercourse, preparing for labor and birth, recovering postpartum or getting ready for a weightlifting competition and want to avoid leakage, we will help you meet your goals. We want to help you do what you love.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

"I cannot say enough good things about working with Jenna. She has helped heal me physically and emotionally from years of pain, discomfort, and frustration. Right from the beginning, Jenna listened to my issues and validated every single thing I said. I left that first session knowing with certainty that I was in excellent hands. Through my sessions, she taught me how my whole body is connected and ways to really tune in to how my body is feeling. She thought outside of the box and we tried different exercises tailored to what my body needed and reacted well to. Since she took time to understand what was going on in my life, Jenna helped me incorporate exercises and movement into my daily routine, allowing me to sustain improvement. Jenna’s gentle manner, compassion, humor and high level of expertise put me at ease every session, even on really hard days. Jenna has gotten me to where I am today- I feel better than I have in years and I owe her so much."

"Jenna has worked with me on my two pregnancies and I don't know if I could trust anyone else as much. She explains what is going on in your body in a way you understand. She works with your body and equips you to care for yourself and heal, working with your body. There would be times where she could have moved my body and made it feel better, but she taught me how to move in order to feel better and heal on my own. She equips you and teaches you while helping you with anything you might be experiencing. She understands how the body works and truly enjoys what she does. She is passionate and friendly and genuinely wants to help you. I highly, highly recommend Foundation Pelvic Therapy!"

"Working with Jenna has been the best experience and part of my pregnancy and postpartum journey aside from bringing home my two babies, hands down! She is empathic, listens intently, treats you for your specific needs, and brings such a calming and comforting presence to every session. I tell every woman I know who is pregnant to seek her out for both pregnancy and postpartum care. She worked miracles for my second pregnancy to treat every ailment I had and prepared me for labor and delivery by providing hands on work and educating me on exercises and stretches to do on my own time. She has also helped me heal from two deliveries so I can confidently and comfortably move in the same ways I did before my pregnancies. I can't praise her and her hard work and dedication enough!"
