Jenna Holmes, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT
Jenna Holmes is the owner of Foundation Pelvic Therapy, a Physical Therapy service focused on pelvic health. Jenna understands that pelvic floor dysfunction can have major implications on a person’s quality of life. No person should be brushed off if they experience leakage, pain, or sexual dysfunction. She fell in love with working with pregnant and postpartum women and believes that a woman should be empowered during pregnancy to understand how her body is changing. Every woman has a unique story, so it is important that she receive individualized and holistic care. Jenna specializes in helping you meet your goals during your journey to healing.

Jenna graduated from Shenandoah University in 2008 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since then, Jenna has taken multiple courses through leading pelvic health education providers including Herman & Wallace, Pelvic Guru, and Pelvic PT Rising. Jenna recently earned her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through Core Exercise Solutions.
